At Ponase, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their orders. Our goal is to make the cancellation process as simple and straightforward as possible. Below are our policies for order cancellations.
ELIGIBILITY FOR CANCELLATION
Customers can cancel their orders as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]
CANCELLATION PROCESS
To cancel an order, simply send an email to [email protected] Our customer service team will process the cancellation as soon as possible. Please note that it may take up to 2-3 business days for the cancellation to be processed.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the order has been cancelled, the refund process will begin. Ponase will issue a refund to the original payment method used to place the order. Depending on the payment method used, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on the customer’s account.
Please note that if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the customer must follow our return policy for a refund. If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, Ponase will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange.
