ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in new and unused condition. Items that have been damaged, altered, or used cannot be returned.

However, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, and you will need to follow the return process outlined below.
RETURN PROCESS

REFUND PROCESS
